Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short: you can cancel your subscription at any time. Payments already made are not refunded.

1. Free trial

New accounts start with a free trial. You can cancel during the trial and you will not be charged.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your FLUXLIO subscription at any time from your account. No cancellation fee applies.

After cancelling, you keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. Your subscription will not renew after that.

3. No refunds

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, full or partial, for subscription fees already paid, including for unused time, unused features or plan downgrades.

By starting a paid subscription, you ask us to provide the service immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has started, as permitted for digital services under EU consumer law.

4. Third-party costs

FLUXLIO is not responsible for fees charged by marketplaces, suppliers or stores you connect (such as eBay, Shopify, Amazon or AliExpress). Refunds for those must be requested from the relevant provider.
