How to Connect eBay Account

FLUXLIO is a certified eBay partner. We use eBay's official Auth2.0 login system, which means we never see your eBay password.
Connecting your account is the first step to automated listing, order syncing, and profit tracking.
Primary Connection
- Navigate to the 'eBay connection' page in the sidebar.
- Click the 'Connect eBay' button.
- You will be redirected to eBay's official sign-in page.
- Log in and click 'Agree and Continue' to grant FLUXLIO permission to manage your listings.
- You will be sent back to FLUXLIO, and your username should appear as 'Connected'.
Managing Multiple Accounts
FLUXLIO supports multi-account management. If you have different stores for different regions, you can add them in the 'More eBay accounts' section on the same page. When adding a product, you can choose which account to publish to.
Policies and Location
After connecting, make sure to visit 'Location & policies' to set your item location and choose which eBay shipping, payment, and return policies to apply to your new listings.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a professional eBay account?
Any seller account works, but a Business account is recommended for higher listing limits.
Can I disconnect at any time?
Yes, you can click 'Disconnect' in the settings or revoke access from your eBay account settings.
How many accounts can I add?
Most plans allow connecting at least 3-5 accounts. Check the Billing page for details.
