How to Use FLUXLIO — Complete Dropshipping Automation Guide

Setting up your FLUXLIO account is the first step toward automation. After signing up for your 7-day free trial (no credit card required), you will be greeted by the Dashboard.

The Dashboard provides a bird's-eye view of your business, showing recent orders, active listings, and profit trends. Before you can start selling, you need to configure your basic settings and connect your first sales channel.

• Complete your profile information.
• Set your default currency and location.
• Install the FLUXLIO Chrome extension for seamless importing.
• Explore the navigation menu to familiarize yourself with the platform.

FLUXLIO supports a wide range of global suppliers, including Amazon, AliExpress, Walmart, Cdiscount, vidaXL, Banggood, SHEIN, and Etsy. Unlike other tools, FLUXLIO does not require you to link your personal supplier accounts directly.

Instead, you import products by simply providing a link to the product page, an ASIN (for Amazon), or by using our Chrome extension while browsing the supplier's website. This method keeps your supplier accounts secure while allowing for rapid product sourcing.

To sell products, you need to connect your store. FLUXLIO supports multiple platforms with varying connection methods.

Go to the 'Sales channels' page in your app settings to manage your connections.

1. Navigate to the 'Products' section or click the 'Add Product' button.
2. Choose your import method: URLs/IDs, CSV Upload, or Manual.
3. If using URLs, paste one link per line in the text area.
4. Select the Marketplace/Region you are targeting (e.g., EBAY_FR).
5. Choose your action: 'Add as draft', 'Publish', or 'Schedule posting'.
6. FLUXLIO will automatically fetch product details, images, and pricing.
7. Review the imported data. FLUXLIO's AI will suggest the best category and optimize the title.
8. Save the product to your 'Drafts' or proceed to publishing.

Once a product is in your 'Drafts', you can publish it to your connected store. Publishing transfers all the product information, including high-quality images and descriptions, to your sales channel.

You can publish items individually or use bulk actions to launch multiple products at once. FLUXLIO ensures that your listings meet the specific requirements of each platform, such as eBay's category structures or Shopify's tag system.

Pricing strategy is key to profitability. FLUXLIO allows you to set global or per-product price rules. You can define a minimum profit margin, account for marketplace fees, and even set 'psychological pricing' (e.g., ending in .99).

The 'Price Tracker' monitors supplier price changes in real-time. If a supplier raises their price, FLUXLIO will automatically adjust your selling price to protect your margins.

Avoid the dreaded 'Out of Stock' cancellation. FLUXLIO monitors supplier stock levels continuously. When a supplier runs out of an item, FLUXLIO immediately updates your listing to '0' quantity or hides it, depending on your preferences.

This automation works 24/7, ensuring you never sell an item you cannot fulfill.

When a customer buys from your store, the order appears in the 'Orders' section of FLUXLIO. While FLUXLIO tracks the order status, the actual purchase from the supplier is currently performed by the seller.

FLUXLIO provides all the necessary details—shipping address, SKU, and supplier link—in one place to make the manual ordering process as fast as possible. Once you've placed the order, you can update the tracking number in FLUXLIO, which will sync back to your sales channel.

The 'Profit Audit' tool gives you a clear picture of your financial health. By comparing your purchase price and marketplace fees against your selling price, FLUXLIO calculates your exact net profit for every sale.

This data is aggregated into weekly and monthly reports, helping you identify your most profitable products and channels.

For advanced users, FLUXLIO's 'Growth' and 'Pro' plans allow for multiple store connections. You can manage several eBay accounts or a mix of Shopify and Wix stores from a single login.

Switching between stores is seamless, and you can even cross-list products from one channel to another with a few clicks.
