How to Automate Orders & Tracking

Fulfilling orders manually is slow and prone to errors. FLUXLIO helps you manage the entire lifecycle from the moment a customer buys on eBay to the moment you provide them with a tracking number.
While we don't 'auto-buy' without your supervision, our tools make the manual process lightning fast.
Syncing Orders
- Go to the 'Orders' page.
- Click 'Sync eBay orders'. New orders will appear with their buyer details.
- Orders with matching products will show a 'Buy from supplier' option.
One-Click Purchasing
When you click 'Buy from supplier', FLUXLIO opens the supplier page. Use the FLUXLIO Helper extension to quickly copy the buyer's address and paste it into the supplier's checkout page.
Tracking Automation
Once you have a tracking number from the supplier, enter it into the order details in FLUXLIO. Our system will automatically push this number to eBay and mark the order as 'Shipped'.
For Amazon orders, the extension can detect the tracking number in your Amazon account and sync it to FLUXLIO automatically.
Frequently asked questions
Does FLUXLIO support auto-ordering?
We provide semi-automated fulfillment. You still control the final payment to the supplier for security and fraud prevention.
Are tracking numbers sent to customers?
Yes, eBay sends the notification to the customer as soon as FLUXLIO updates the order status.
What happens to failed orders?
Orders marked as 'Failed' usually need manual product matching or have payment issues on eBay.
