How to Track Inventory & Stock

By the FLUXLIO team · Updated

Running out of stock on eBay can lead to penalties and unhappy customers. FLUXLIO keeps a close eye on your suppliers' inventory levels.

Beyond automatic monitoring, we provide a 'Suppliers' module to track bulk purchases and local stock.

Automatic Stock Sync

Every 6 hours, FLUXLIO checks if the supplier product is still available. If it goes 'Out of Stock', we immediately update your eBay listing to 0 quantity. When the supplier restocks, we can set it back to your desired level.

The Suppliers Module

  1. Go to the 'Suppliers' page.
  2. Click 'Add supplier' for each source you use.
  3. Click 'Add item' to record a purchase, including price and 'Qty left'.
  4. Link the item to an imported product. This allows FLUXLIO to track potential profit based on your actual purchase costs.
