How to Track Supplier Prices

By the FLUXLIO team · Updated

Prices on sites like Amazon and AliExpress change constantly. If your supplier's price goes up, your profit could disappear.

FLUXLIO automates the monitoring process, checking your suppliers every ~6 hours and alerting you the moment a risk is detected.

The Price Tracker Page

The 'Price tracker' page shows the 'Real supplier price' for every product in your catalog. If a price couldn't be fetched automatically (e.g., due to a site block), you can manually 'Save' the real price after checking the link.

The Profit Audit

  1. Set your 'Minimum net profit per sale (€)' on the 'Profit audit' page.
  2. The system will scan all listings against this threshold.
  3. Losing listings are flagged as 'Critical' and can be automatically paused (stock set to 0) to prevent sales.
  4. Click 'Set price' to automatically raise your eBay price to a safe level that restores your minimum profit.
